Open Questions
1. Why do you want to be on Door?
I often arrive early in the morning when the room isn’t open and frequently encounter the problem where a single door member is in the room and will have to leave soon.
2. What difference will putting you on Door make?
The clubroom will be open earlier some days and will allow other door members to leave the room when they have to.
Policy Questions
3. Where would you find the Door Group policy?

4. Why do we have door members?
To look after the club property and members as well as to help run the general day to day of the club during the times when there are no committee members, doing things such as signing up members dispensing credit for members and answering the phone when it rings.
5. Who should you contact with questions/concerns about the policy?
Any committee member.
6. How does committee officially contact Door members?
Through the door members ucc email.
Practical Questions
7. What is the vending machine code to unlock the door?
Item code 55
8. If someone is violent, refuses to leave, or otherwise poses a danger to people or property, you should call UWA Security. What is their number? Give both the emergency and non-emergency numbers.
Emergency: 6488 2222
Non-emergency: 6488 3020
9. Briefly describe how the door system works (describe how the above code actually unlocks the door).
Motsugo sends a signal to merlo to dispense to door and the door item is linked in merlo to the command to unlock the door.
10. If you are unable to unlock the door from the snack machine, how else should you open the door? Give both methods.
Logging into an ucc machine and running the “dispense door” command or by loggin into the dispense web interface and clicking the door button
11. Who has clubroom keys on their person and who is able to get the clubroom key out from the Guild Student Centre?
The president and vice president have keys. Any member of exec committee can get keys from the Guild Student Centre.
12. What needs to be done when closing the clubroom?

Any litter in the clubroom should be removed and binned
All members and their property should be removed from the clubroom
The lights and fan should be off
The soldering iron should be off
The tool cupboard must be locked
The machine room must be locked
The windows must be closed
The clubroom door must be shut and locked
13. What needs to be done when leaving Cameron Hall? 
If Cameron Hall is empty the main door, the door at the top of the stairs, and the fire escape should be closed and locked
14. If you are unable to correct an issue with something in the clubroom, who should you inform?
A member of the committee, another door member or campus security if applicable.

The username has an uppercase letter to start.
