This is true.
Also - give people a chance to catch things, but don't paint yourself
into a box where no progress can be made. Make a system and follow
it. We had a July cleanup and created a "7 day" limbo area; however I
believe the September cleanup came and went without purging the area,
or replacing it with a new set of items on death row. Easy fixed.

I gather we're investigating getting some storage space again? We have
quite a lot of space in and around the clubroom, really. More would be
no bad thing, but it needs to be an "active" storage, with semi-regular
visits. Everything that goes there should be indexed on the wiki and
removed on final disposal. Not simply old stuff saved just-in-case, it has
to be for overflow that you expect to use/fetch/examine in the near term.
This should go for in-clubroom storage too, like the big road-cases.
