[committee] Mouse pads

The table surface, annoyingly, is reflective enough to mess with laser mice.
We want the mousepads for purposes of a regular non-reflective grid.
It is *ok* without mouse pads,
it is better with.

(sadly the high DPI sensors that higher tier mice have, (that work on
glass etc),
have still not transitioned down to be available in the low-mid tier
mice we tend to buy).
