Hi there Balcatta MSY,

I am writing this inquiry on behalf of UWA's University Computer Club.

On the 25th of August, a purchase was made from your MSY Technology branch
that included 3 XM-300 Optical Mice, with invoice #O1614625.

Subsequently, 2 of these mice have failed to function in the course of
normal use. We have been unable to diagnose the nature of the fault, save
that they do not activate their optical sensor. This was actually noticed a
very short time after purchase but we've been somewhat slow to mobilise. If
we were to send someone to return 1 or more of the mice (without original
packaging unfortunately), what sort of options for replacement would be
available to us? Is there any additional information that you would require
to process return or replacement of the mice?
