Describes itself as 1.0, apparently V1.0.1:

To hold the room open late at night, to set a good example on door.

Little. Reapplication for post-AGM2017.

https://www.ucc.asn.au/infobase/policies/door.ucc

As a formalisation of the list of members who are trusted to manage and
maintain the clubroom; and who want the responsibility.

Committee. Raise an agenda item for the next committee meeting.

Email to all door group members as <door at ucc.asn.au> is currently
encouraged; <doorgroup at ucc.asn.au> still works and is harder to confuse
with door-related services.

Emergency: UWA extension 2222
Non-emergency: UWA extension 3020

The snack machine receives display updates and sends keypresses to
VendServer.py on merlo. After a login, a "55" will call the dispense C
binary to open the electronic door lock for that user:
http://git.ucc.asn.au/?p=uccvend-vendserver.git;a=blob;f=VendServer/VendServer.py;h=d079b4edae274616e2a83329581865c0fb821f47;hb=HEAD#l467
(line 410 in HEAD)
That will send the USB relay device a signal to power the door latch,
unlocking it, for 10 seconds:

"dispense door" on a UCC machine.

...or with a key.

President: Chris Forbes
There used to be at least one more key available... do we still have it?

People on the GSC's list: the club exec, however this has previously
been the larger list of UCC Committee door members, updated post-AGM.

> 12. What needs to be done when closing the clubroom?

Litter binned, appliances off, tool cupboard+machine room locked,
windows closed, members exited, lights and ceiling fan off, door closed,
locked, handle tested.
An indeterminate new checklist, including checking drink stocks.

> 13. What needs to be done when leaving Cameron Hall?

Lights off. Top door; and main exit + fire exit doors closed and locked.

As appropriate: tech at ucc, door at ucc, committee at ucc, ucc at ucc.
