To whom it may concern,

Apologies for my earlier incomplete email. Tab, space in roundcube does
not, in fact, put a tab or a space, but sends the email :/

Please consider this my formal application to join the UCC door group.

Open Questions
--------------
1. Why do you want to be on Door?
I have been an active member of the club since 2011, and have been on
door for most of that.
I was inadvertently removed as a result of an issue with Mooneye
eating emails last year.
I would like to continue helping the club as I have in the past.
2. What difference will putting you on Door make?
There would be another experienced door member.

Policy Questions
----------------
3. Where would you find the Door Group policy?
   www.ucc.asn.au/infobase/policies/door.ucc
alt: my home directory, because I wrote it
4. Why do we have door members?
Door members act on behalf of the club to manage and maintain the
clubroom, to protect club members and property, and to serve as the face
of the club.
5. Who should you contact with questions/concerns about the policy?
   Committee (committee at ucc.asn.au)
6. How does committee officially contact Door members?
The door at ucc.asn.au mailing list (which goes to door member's ucc
email addresses)

Practical Questions
-------------------
7. What is the vending machine code to unlock the door?
Somewhere between 54 and 56, exclusively.
8. If someone is violent, refuses to leave, or otherwise poses a danger
to people or property, you should call UWA Security. What is their
number? Give both the emergency and non-emergency numbers.
   Emergency: (6488) 2222
   Non-emergency: (6488) 2020
9. Briefly describe how the door system works (describe how the above
code actually unlocks the door).
The OpenDispenseV2 server running on merlo triggers a relay to active
the door lock solenoid.
The server can be instructed to do this by a number of methods,
including through the VendServer backend running on merlo, which is
linked to the vending machine.
10. If you are unable to unlock the door from the snack machine, how
else should you open the door? Give both methods.
   `dispense door`
   dispense.ucc.asn.au
11. Who has clubroom keys on their person and who is able to get the
clubroom key out from the Guild Student Centre?
Pres and both VPs have keys.
Any executive member can get keys from the GSC.
12. What needs to be done when closing the clubroom?
Lock tool cupboard and machine room.
Turn off lights, fan, 3d printer, soldering kit, and other such
devices.
Ensure the room is clean and free of litter.
13. What needs to be done when leaving Cameron Hall?
Close and lock both doors if there is no one else in.
14. If you are unable to correct an issue with something in the
clubroom, who should you inform?
   Committee (committee at ucc.asn.au)

Dispense Questions
------------------
15. What is your current dispense account balance?
   $3.61
16. What is the current balance of the account zanchey?
   $1.22
17. Where is the dispense log kept?
   ~coke/cokelog
18. What was the first drink dispensed this year?
   coke330
19. Name someone who is able to open the vending machines.
The pres and treas have keys, and there is a set in the lockbox, which
I _totally_ don't know the code for *wink*
20. How would you rename slot 5 of the coke machine to vanilla coke?
   `dispense slot coke:5 99 "vanilla coke"`
21. How would you disable slot 33 of the snack machine?
   `dispense slot snack:33 0 dead`
22. What is wrong with this command: `dispense acct Zanchey +500 "money
in safe bag 54"`?
"Zanchey" is an invalid username, as all usernames are lowercase.

Cheers,
Gozz
