[committee] LoL tournament finals PC reservation

Sup committee,

Apparently ULC has been running a tournament for a while and a few UCC
members are competing on one of the teams.

Apparently the majority of the team can only play in UCC and they've been
having a lot of problems getting PCs at the scheduled times for their
games, and have had to forfeit a few games because of this in the past.

The finals are going to be on either Tuesday the 2nd or Wednesday the 3rd
of May at 8:00 pm. (Shoddy last minute organisation means we're uncertain,
but it's most likely going to be on Tuesday).

I'd like to make sure the players have PCs available to them so they don't
have to forfeit the finals, any chance we could reserve 3, preferably 4
windows PCs on Tuesday 2/05/17 at 8:00 pm?

I understand this is super short notice and it's directly after the OGM so
there'll be a lot of people around the clubroom, the match was just
rescheduled earlier today and I wasn't aware of the problem until recently
so, sorry about that.

I'll post on the UCC facebook letting people know that there'll be a game
on then and ask them to free up PCs, just emailing in hopes of getting some
sort of official backing in case people don't check fb or they decide they
wanna be dicks.
