[committee] Warning for Zooper Dooper wrappers

Hi Edward (woodykamm),

When closing the clubroom I noticed there were 4 Zooper Dooper wrappers
left in the clubroom near your computer. This is your official warning.
Please clean up your trash in the future as door members are not here to
clean up after you. Attached is a screenshot of the webcam archives proving
this.
