[committee] Guild advertising restrictions

Dear committee at ucc.asn.au subscribers,

As some of you may be interested to know, Liam Guiney (Guild events) has 
indicated that it is indeed permissible to conduct a survey regarding 
the dates for a camp that we are thinking of organising later in the 
year. On a further note, it is not likely to be necessary to continue to 
redact references to the planned camp in the committee minutes.
