[DVA Grad Program]

At DVA, our mission is to support those who serve or have served in the defence of our nation and commemorate their service and sacrifice.

Experience the diverse range of work DVA undertakes to support those who have served through our 11 month Graduate Development Program. You'll do three rotations in different business areas and spend a week working in one of our state offices.

If you want to make a real difference in the lives of Australia's veterans and their families, be noticed and supported to develop, then this is the opportunity for you.

Our clients are diverse, ranging from young children, through to contemporary veterans of operations in places like Afghanistan, to war widows of First World War servicemen. We meet them during some of their most difficult times, and are there to support them throughout their lives.

We are looking for graduates who are ready to share our commitment to service excellence, embrace change, and take on a new challenge.
