Subject: Guild Master Plan

Dear Tony,

As per my conversation last week with the current SOC President, Taco, I would like to investigate the possibility of performing medium to large scale renovations in Cameron Hall on behalf of the University Computer Club (UCC).

It has come to my attention that the UWA Student Guild has a so-called "master plan" which may involve some amount of renovation to the Cameron Hall club tenant spaces, potentially occurring over the next few years.

The UCC has come to the consensus that we would like to perform relatively large-scale renovations to our clubroom - and there is good reason to do so given the current condition of the space. I believe that it would be in all of our best interests to ensure that any such renovations (by either party) would be planned and conducted in consultation to ensure that resources are not put to waste as a result of conflicting decisions and a lack of coordination.

As such, I would like to organise a meeting with you (or any others who may have access to the relevant information, some CC'd into this email) to discuss any plans that the Guild may have regarding Cameron Hall, and to work out what kinds of things the UCC can do to positively affect its clubroom space in the short to medium term that will not overlap with any potential longer term plans for renovation of the wider Cameron Hall area.

Thank you for your consideration and I look forward to your response.

Best regards,

Felix von Perger
UCC President
