[committee] Bookshelf and Server Shelf

Hi UCC,

It's Jasmine your local tenancy OCM. This is a follow up on the verbal
warning that was given to you earlier about moving the server shelf in the
loft and book shelf outside the stairs.

The bookshelf is a fire hazard as it blocks the stairs coming down from the
loft.. The server shelf takes up valuable space in the loft which tenancy
has recently worked to make a fun usable space instead of extra storage.

Please ensure these are dealt with by the beginning of February.
