Hi Felix,
I have room for a 3 x 3 marquee as well as a table under the big marquee so you should have enough room to run the VR and other games. I'm going to put you on the end so the 3x3 marquee is right next to your other table.
How many power outlets would you require for the VR and vintage games?
Cheers,
Leigh

Hi Leigh,
If it would be possible, a 3x3 marquee with a trestle table would be perfect. The virtual reality (VR) setup would involve using the entire marquee to be used as the "play area" (where people wear the VR headset and move around) and we would then use the trestle table to set up the computers required to run it. It would be possible, albeit a little cramped, to run some retro computer games in parallel but we will probably stick to just the VR if it is not possible to get more space.
Best regards,
Felix

Hey Felix,
I love your ideas for Open Day. How much space will you require for the virtual reality and old school games? Currently everyone is getting just the usual trestle table. However I might be able to arrange for your own 3x3m marquee.. Let me know!
Cheers,
Leigh
