Review of previous Uncharity Vigil:
- It's like uncharity, but no shared profits
- In this sense, it's easier to run than Charity Vigil.
- Aoibhinn brings up the concept of primary reps and secondary reps
- Donald suggests avoiding the door entry fee, not much gain
- Alistair brings up the pizza run order that was at the door at charity vigil, which was an effective way
- Maybe man the door for the first part of the night collecting orders
- Pizza should be the only shared profits thing
- Who has a car? Only James and Alistair
- Alistair and James are in charge of pizza.

- We don't have to decide Friday or Saturday just yet
- Decided on the weekend of 1st/2nd of February
- Friday/Saturday will be discussed by committees and decided next meeting
- Need to book loft
Advertising:
- Donald I am happy to do poster, need to decide dates and have EMP done before publishing
>Aoibhinn: Be the action item police
>Donald: Start making poster
Next meeting:
>Alden: Set-up another WhenIsGood
- One meeting next week to nail down dates/schedule
- One before the event to nail down committee tasks
- Wrap-up meeting afterwards
Schedule:
- IS good for prospective attendees, and also to make sure events don't interfere with each other (eg: Midnight Maid and Kareoke)
- Schedule could be printed up around clubrooms, on UCC wiki, and on whiteboard
>Edward: Make a google doc for schedule/event suggestions
Questions to bring to your committee:
- Friday or Saturday?
- What events can we run?
- What spaces will we need for those events?
