SOC Meeting 10th April - Alexander LT + Constitutional Changes

Hi there Felix

There's been a change in venue for the upcoming SOC meeting this time 
next Wednesday. Instead of the usual Wilsmore/Tattersall
*We'll be in the Alexander Lecture Theatre in the Arts Building! *

Food will be starting at the usual*5.30pm*
followed by a networking + bonding activity from *6pm*
This meeting will go for longer than usual so please be prepared to stay 
until about 8pm
*If possible, please wear your club shirts for easy recognition :) *

*On a more sombre note:* Recently, there's been a few incidents that 
have been brought to my attention regarding the conduct of some club 
representatives. I hope execs remember than myself and my team are part 
of the Societies Council as volunteers. We are not paid to be in the 
office at all times and it is not acceptable for people to be rude to us 
or to expect us to reply to emails instantly. We are students as well: 
running our own clubs, studying for our own upcoming assignments, trying 
to fix our 3am sleeping schedules. I want to thank the 98% of execs who 
have been so understanding and to those who do appreciate us and thank us.
