[committee] Potential speaking engagement

Hi Sam,
Sorry for the delay getting back to you. We've been having a few rough
weeks and the date is creeping up on us - it would be ideal if we can
get started with advertising and booking of venues as soon as possible.
Any material you can provide will greatly assist to accelerate the
process, especially for creating good-quality events and advertising
materials.
Specifically, if you have a short description of the event, any logos or
graphic material, if you have any idea approximately how many people you
want to present to, and what sort of sponsorship (ie. free food/drink,
prizes, etc.) you would be able to provide, then we can start promoting
it properly.
