[committee] Volunteers needed

Hi all,

As you are all likely aware, the start of semester nightmare season has 
been quite exceptionally long and stressful this year, and only just as 
we're starting to recover and work through the backlog, everyone on 
committee is either busy with study, away on holiday or otherwise 
unavailable, with a considerable number of important tasks that need to 
be done within the next few days.

If anyone has a few minutes of spare time over the next few days or so, 
please consider volunteering to take on one or more of the tasks below:

  * Collating and posting the final agenda for the upcoming OGM - needs
    doing by Friday at the latest
      o Also, making a nice readable diff from the tex diff for
        constitutional changes, see committee list archives
  * Organise catering, venue, promotion for Sam Spencer's tech talk -
    Wednesday 8th May, should be in an Arts lecture room
      o probably easiest to contact UWA Guild catering,
        http://universityfunctioncaterers.com/
      o venue booking is being done by [TEC] <mailto:tec at ucc.asn.au>,
        not yet confirmed, contact him for more details
      o creating/drafting Facebook events, sending emails, etc. to
        promote the event
  * Finding good techy/computery prizes for Quiz Night

Also, some less important tasks, which also need doing ASAP:

  * Sending emails to recruit volunteers for camp positions & tech talks
  * Adding functions to https://gitlab.ucc.asn.au/frekk/uccportal to get
    lists of accounts that should be locked
  * Getting photos and adding eBay listings for things we are trying to sell
