[committee] Club Carnival stall volunteers - Tuesday 6th August 11:00-14:30 (Urgent!)

Hi door, committee,

This is a call for volunteers to help UCC run a club carnival stall on Tuesday this coming week.

I plan on being there and helping but in order to make this work I will need at least one other person to assist for the duration of the event. More people is definitely better and 3-4 volunteers would be ideal.

Please let me know if you are interested ASAP and we can work out exactly what sort of stall to run once we have volunteers.

Club carnival runs on Oak Lawn from 12pm to 2pm. Stall registration is done around 10:30am to be allocated a spot (which I will take care of). Please allow an hour to setup (ie. arrive at 11am) and half an hour for packup.
