Dear all,
In response to a number of comments made on UCC platforms, I would like to
encourage anyone reading this to please consider seeking professional
support if you are experiencing difficulties in relation to mental health.
Below are a list of free emergency support services which I recommend you
use if you believe that you or someone you know is at risk:
