With the countdown on til the Competition weekend, we are inviting all interested competitors to come to the WA Connections Event at the Pawsey Supercomputing Centre next Monday 12th August (https://www.eventbrite.com.au/e/govhack-networking-and-team-forming-at-pawsey-supercomputing-centre-tickets-67911417879?ref=estw&utm_source=The+GovHack+List&utm_campaign=0fd86d12a1-EMAIL_CAMPAIGN_2017_03_22_COPY_01&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_227cbe7d1c-0fd86d12a1-132000469&mc_cid=0fd86d12a1&mc_eid=[UNIQID]) to meet with other past and new competitors, chat with sponsors and mentors but most especially be the first to hear the ‘teasers’ being released prior to the 2019 competition for the first time.

This event is also going to be streamed for our regional competitors to ensure that you also have access to the information in the lead up to the competition.

I am proud to announce that this year is a significant year for GovHack in WA with 5 events being held across WA from Albany in the South to Port Headland in the North, with Mandurah, Fremantle and Geraldton in between.

We welcome on board our sponsors this year who enable us to deliver this event to you the competitors so that you are able to compete at no disadvantage.  GovHack prides itself on providing a hackathon that is open to everyone free of charge.  Thanks to our many sponsors we are able to provide safe venues, free food and refreshments, access to wi-fi and ultimately some great prizes to vie for.
