[committee] Postpone Computer Club Quiz Night to next year

Hi all,

After discussing with the UCC committee, I don't think it's feasible to 
try to run a Quiz Night this semester - it's now already week 4 and we 
haven't yet had time to organise a subcommittee for the event.

However, I believe that there is good potential to run the event next 
year during Semester 2, and we can continue to discuss the possibility 
of running it collaboratively in the meantime. For any of you who are 
still interested, it would be good to aim to start working on the event 
around the end of Semester 1 2020 - perhaps mention this in your 
handover if you have your AGM before then.
