[committee] Wheel being the Illuminati...

Thought it was just going to be one email, but I'll throw in something else
that seems obvious in hindsight.

Walked past some freshers to UCC and they were talking about wanting to
disband wheel. I told them, "don't do that, it's pretty disrespectful to
the people who invest a lot of time and effort into keeping the club
running"

It's something that I forgot about after spending an extensive amount of
time on committee. Freshers hate wheel. They don't get it. It's a weird
secret club that feels unfair. They don't get why it's necessary and they
feel like they need to take it down rather than figure it out.

And then, from experience, wheel responds with "if you're not one of us,
get stuffed". Long emails get thrown around, etc.

Which is probably the worst possible thing to do.

Wheel needs to get off it's pedestal and put itself back at everyone else's
level. They need to be inviting and humble rather than a secret club. And
committee needs to have wheels' back too. Everyone's on the same team,
we're all in the same club, and we should act like it.

The illuminati.org.au meme is pretty funny because it's exactly what
wheel's problem is.
