[committee] Warning - headphones

Hi Jade,

After you were seen gaming on the computer in the corner (corvo) using 
headphones, those same headphones were left plugged into the computer 
after your departure. See the image below.

I'm making this a warning, since it may not have been made clear that 
putting headphones away is expected, the webcam archives don't show 
clearly whether or not the headphones were already there, and I don't 
want to issue doorings on a potentially unfair basis.

In any case, please make sure you put any peripherals you do use, 
regardless of whether or not they were found in the crates, back into 
the crates in an orderly (ie. cables wrapped up neatly) fashion, after 
you have finished with them.
