Hi Eleanor,

Thank you so much for replying today - this has been very helpful.

The pandemic has made this year very stressful for all - so delays with updates are understandable.

I have been a bit behind with things generally and found the information I needed to confirm today a bit hard to find as it hadn't been sent by email.

Thank you for confirming this information for me - I shall pass it through to our committee!

Warm Regards,

Alexie

We have sent the updated schedule for SOC to the IT department for the website to be updated - however it appears this has not happened - thanks for drawing my attention to it! Did you receive my email on Tuesday about the upcoming SOC meeting?

He is in charge of all things Tenancy related so i will follow it up with him - please let me know if you haven't heard from him by Monday/Tuesday please!!

It is my understanding the Semester 2 deadline is this evening, however the Guild's website is still listing the deadline as August 5th. If someone could please confirm this for me that would be appreciated!

I have been advised this has moved to next Monday, with the notice for this provided only through a private Facebook group on Tuesday of this week.

Could the guild please take care to notify club executives of changes in these dates by email?

> Restricting important communications regarding upcoming meetings and updates about Tenancy/SOC to a private Facebook group restricted to club presidents does not appear to be in line with Guild's stated desire to increase transparency. Not everyone wishes to use or rely on Facebook for important communications, and this decision to restrict information causes issues when the President/VP of a club is unwell or busy.
