Hi Bre,
Thanks for getting back to us!
We were just hoping for a copy of the contract to be forwarded to UCC for our own records, as I had noticed we could not find a copy of the agreement UCC had in place. Even though it's expired - it would be better for our records to have a signed electronic copy, than to just have a copy of the blank template available online.
Thanks for all of your help,
Kind Regards,
Alexie

To: Alexie Wallace <voltane at ucc.gu.uwa.edu.au>, Tenancy Chair <tenancy-chair at guild.uwa.edu.au> Hi Alexie, Yes, the Residential Tenancy Act doesn't apply to clubrooms. UCC will retain access and use of their club space until you have been notified of the outcome of your application once appeals have been exhausted. I have looped in the Tenancy Chair who I believe has found your contract. Subject: Tenancy Documents Hi Bre!
Thanks for the quick reply.
I think I'm thinking of residential tenancies as they "default" back to the Residential Tenancy Act after a fixed lease expires. I presume our tenancy is different - so I guess my question was hoping to clarify if there were any relevant documents for clubs given the current situation, if that makes sense!
Thanks
