Hi Geeta, 

I have just submitted the EMS SAC Membership Form. 

I only added the four club executives, although our committee also has one fresher rep and four ordinary committee members. I was not able to go back through to form to add their details - please let me know if you only needed details for the executive members.

Could you please fill out a EMS SAC Membership Form.
 
I’m not asking you to become a member of our Student Association Council however the information you provide will allow us to understand more about what your club does.
 
If you could just try to fill it out to the best of your ability that would be great.
 
Please let me know when you have done this.
