[committee] 4 days notice of committee meeting

Hi All,

Once again, a committee meeting. 12pm on Friday (9th April) in the
clubroom. FYI we may be switching to Tuesday after this.

If you want to count the hours with a committee meeting, this is 6h too
few for the notice, but we’re still 4 days away from Friday. Looks like
Government things counts the day notice is given as "Day 0". Well, if
anyone can point to something that applies to UCC that would be nice.
Our constitution doesn't clarify how days of notice work, and I'm not
sure Roberts Rules do either. On the RONR forums there's view that this
is a judgement call, and that as the meeting is called to order, anyone
can raise a point of order that the meeting is not proper because of the
inadequate notice. After the chair rules, an appeal will lead to a
majority vote on whether the notice was adequate or not. This seems
sensible to me, so I’ll just see if anyone complains.
