What’s the AWS Early Careers Innovation Program?
The AWS Early Careers Innovation Program will enable and prepare early career professionals for the cloud industry, and equip them with work-ready skills. This program will incorporate a mix of skills-based workshops, webinars and fireside chats to help students explore the possible career paths within AWS and in the cloud industry. Students will also work in teams on a case competition based on a mock customer scenario.
We encourage students from non-technical and technical backgrounds to apply, so if you study business, law, psychology or anything else, you're all welcome to apply!

New Opportunity: The AWS Early Careers Innovation Program is a new 8-week program for university students to learn more about the cloud and career opportunities at AWS – applications are open now!
This program incorporates a mix of skill-based workshops, webinars and fireside chats to help students explore the possible career paths within AWS. Students will also work in teams on a case competition based on a mock customer scenario.
We welcome students in their penultimate and pre-penultimate year in the Australia New Zealand (ANZ) region to apply (graduating from July 2022 onwards), as the program will help you prepare for an FY22 internship or graduate roles at AWS.
Successful applicants will have a chance to win swag and prizes, and case competition winners may be fast tracked in the application process for the 2022-23 internship and graduate intake.
Best Regards,
AWS Early Careers Network Team
