[committee] Door Application

Hey!

I've been thinking, I should probably join door.

I've read the rules (including the cheatsheet for using the robot), and
I've been gatekeeper and guardian before so theoretically I have
experience.

Also, I run your food runs. I think I'd be a great candidate, and also hold
the room open when noone else is there (which happens surprisingly often).
