Dear tenants,

I hope that you are all well and enjoying the holidays 😊

As a club representative must be present at both the Tenancy Consultation meetings and Busy Bees (for those with club rooms), we’ve decided to hold them on the same day for convenience.

We will endeavour to complete all Busy Bees in one hour. Your club room will be primarily evaluated on the basis of cleanliness and appropriate usage. Tenancy Consultations are held in the Guild Council Room (Guild Level 3) for both storage and club room tenants, and usually finish in an hour as well. They are compulsory and attendance is taken.

Failure to attend an inspection or multiple consultation meetings, without sending apologies beforehand, may result in the suspension of your tenancy. We will be very strict on this as a tenancy contractual obligation review will be conducted after the 5th of July, and clubs could be moved in or out prior to Semester 2 if multiple violations are discovered.

Here are the dates:

  *   BB Monday 5th July 12 – 1PM
  *   TC Monday 5th July 1 – 2PM
  *   BB Thursday 12th August 4 – 5PM
  *   TC Thursday 12th August 5 – 7PM
  *   BB Thursday 9th September 4 – 5PM
  *   TC Thursday 9th September 5 – 7PM
  *   BB Thursday 7th October 4 – 5PM
  *   TC Thursday 7th October 5 – 7 PM

Please let me know if you are unable to attend any of these dates, especially the July session, as I am aware that some of you may have other plans during the university break.

I will be away from the 27th of June to the 3rd of July, but I will still be contactable via email should you have any questions.

Kind regards,

Chloe Kam
