Hi Shrudeep,

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner, it's been a hectic week and
we're getting ready to handover to next year's committee this week.

I've discussed your proposal with our committee and we're interested in
discussing opportunities for collaboration with you. We have a strong
community of members who will no doubt be interested in further
opportunities for professional development and networking with fellow
students and industry. Of particular interest to us (out of the events
you mentioned) is the week 4 networking night.

I would welcome the opportunity to discuss details further. Also, no
matter the outcome of our further discussions we will also be happy to
cross-promote your relevant events to our member base.

Thanks for your time, and I look forward to hearing from you.

Cheers,

James Arcus
/UCC President 2020/
