[committee] Door member application

Dear Ucc Committee
I am interested in joining the door group. I often find myself stumbling upon the club room quite often during my free time. You will see me spend my time playing Genshin Impact and socialising with new members and committee alike.
Inconveniently, there isn’t always someone to allow me in. I have thoroughly examined the door member expectations, so I'm fully aware of the responsibilities entrusted upon me. Including the instructions for adding new members, dispense cheat sheet commands and the guidelines upon leaving and closing up the room. Most importantly, my role is to facilitate a friendly clubroom environment UCC strives for.
As a fresher, I would love to take this opportunity to involve myself more with UCC activity, by allowing any fellow freshers and club members into the club. Introducing them around, greeting new faces and helping them adjust to the clubroom. I envision a future of myself comfortably settling here whenever I am physically able to.
