Dear Committee,

 

Unfortunately, I won't be at the Busy Bee today as I'm desperately trying to
complete this 8000-word report, I need to write for one of my units.

 

Sorry that it's probably not a good reason to miss a Busy Bee. I'll try
attend future ones whenever possible. I hope it all goes well.
