[committee] Restoring Club Partnerships

Hi Marshall,

We're all up for more inter-uni club collaboration! We've been 
organising a few events with some other clubs from Curtin, Murdoch and 
ECU so might be a good way for you guys to get in touch with other clubs 
as well. From our history books it seems that CASSA, ourselves, and 
ComSSA used to run various events like camps and LANs in the past, as 
well as hosting our own IRC network (UniIRC). I've joined the CASSA 
discord, my handle is @zixty. Hope to chat with you guys more in the future!
