Hi Associate Professor Bobbie, President Grace!

Grace and I are free on Monday - could we meet you then?

I hope we're successfully communicating the mid-sized scope we're aiming
for - that this can be a real, fully-paid, maybe portfolio-building job?
and it would be wonderful if a current or past student/postgrad who's
visited the Guild buildings, Tav, Cameron Hall... was involved. :)

As a rough summary:

We (the University Computer Club, UWA) are turning 50 years old this
year, and we were hoping to have a manuscript written, detailing our
club's history. When we turned 25, we commissioned a 10,000 word piece,
attached, by Emma née Hawkes, UWA alumna. We were hoping to have another
manuscript made, roughly the same size - updating the last 25 years.

A draft would be needed within the next four weeks, including a night of
interviewing our club members at our 50th Anniversary Dinner on Saturday
the 21st of September, 6pm, University Club. The historian's ticket and
dinner would of course be covered by us.

We have:
- an email questionnaire prepared and can send the historian the answers
(unless they want to ask more directly)
- as well as the information we already have such as committee member names
- we also have a folder of images that we would like the historian to
choose from as they see fit to add to the manuscript

Thanks,
Nick Bannon, UCC life member, ex-Secretary
