We are super excited for Oday, are you? 😊



Please find attached the map with stallholder allocations. Please make sure
you familiarise yourself with it, so you can find your stall easily on the
day. All stalls will be named and numbered.



Few reminders:

   - Please make sure you have a “pilot” in your car for driving on campus.
   We will have volunteers helping on the day, but with the number of cars
   getting on site, we will appreciate your help. You are not allowed to drive
   faster than 5km/h and you need to have a person/pilot walking in front of
   the car.
   - Tables and chairs for your stalls will need to be picked up/dropped
   off at the Equipment Area.
   - Please *DO NOT* tip ice onto the grass of the Oval. Our greenkeepers
   are very specific with their procedures and tipped ice will cause patching.
   Please use drains or spaces under the trees for it.
   - Don’t forget to bring 20m extension cords. We are bringing power boxes
   onto the Oval, you will need cords to get the power to your stalls.
   - Don’t forget hats and water bottles – weather forecast predicts its
   going to be HOT!
