Hello UCC,

I've attached the new Tenancy Clubroom Agreement to this email. Please have a read and sign at the bottom and then send it back to me. The guild will keep a copy of the contract on hand if for any reason it needs to be referenced. They will be signed by Tenancy on Monday 26th which is when the move period starts if that is relevant to your situation.  Please also note that on the back of previous discussions with Tenancy, SOC and the Guild, as agreed upon, the usage of "webcams" or "cameras" in the room will be reviewed in a formal meeting, date to be determined.

Dear University Computer Club (UCC),

I am pleased to inform you that your application for a clubroom has been approved! Congratulations!

After careful review by the Tenancy Sub-Committee, we are confident that allocating a clubroom to UCC will significantly contribute to the enrichment of our campus community and support the objectives of your club.

You’ve kept your current clubroom, room 182A located in Cameron Hall. You will also be sharing room 182A with UWA Esports. A meeting will be set up by the Tenancy Sub-Committee with your executive and the executive of UWA Esports to come to a clubroom usage agreement. A contract outlining the terms of your agreement will be sent to this same email once the appeals process has closed.

Please make sure your ERF is up to date and that all the executive names and signatures on your tenancy agreement should match those on your clubs ERF. As you are staying in your clubroom the keys are already in your possession. Please makes sure you have all your keys that have been distributed to you and let the Tenancy Sub-Committee know of any have been lost or misplaced.

You have the option to appeal this decision. If you wish to do so, please email Tony Goodman, the Guild Managing Director, at tony.goodman at guild.uwa.edu.au<mailto:tony.goodman at guild.uwa.edu.au> within 10 days of this email. Appeals may only be made on the basis that the process as provided for by article 49 the attached Tenancy Sub-Committee Governing Policy was not adhered to and that that lack of compliance did not constitute a Formal Defect. The Managing Director may rule with absolute discretion on this matter in their own time. Please keep in mind that the Managing Directors decision is final and cannot be appealed against.
