Submissions for the 2005 Guild diary must be in by Monday 11th October. Even if you've already sent through something for the
website, you need to send something through AGAIN, in the following format:
 
Club Name
Contact details (website, email, mailbox)
Club description (limited to one sentence)
 
ALSO....
 
The Guild Ball is happening on Friday 22nd October. Tickets are $70 (or $66 if you book a whole table of 10) and the event is
all-inclusive. You can get tickets and book tables now in the Student Centre, and make sure you get in quick as tickets are
limited. The Guild Ball is easily the most fun you’ll ever have in Winthrop Hall.
 
The awards for BEST CLUB and BEST NEW CLUB will be handed out at the Guild Ball. If you want some guidance, nomination forms
will be available on the door of the Ed/Pac/Soc office from Thursday 7th. Nominations are due in by Friday 15th October, so
make sure you don't miss out!
 
And lastly, SOC elections will take place at the last SOC meeting of the year, on  Monday 25th October. If you want to play
your part in shaping SOC in 2005, nominate for a position on the committee - VP, Treas, Secretary, 3xGeneral. Nomination
forms are available from the Student Centre.
