i was at their meeting today and may 1st came up as the best date considering everything else on. I forgot to mention this at the committee meeting so apologies there, however i idnt see any problem with this date so i think we just need an agreement by committee and then we can go see Gary. I can do it as i will be there from about 3 tomorrow if need be<br>

One thing that didn't get brought up during the meeting today is the date<br>
for the quiz night, which was provisionally agreed to at the UniSFA<br>
committee meeting to be May 1 2009. Apparently we want to run two quiz<br>
nights this year, which I suspect is easy to agree to if you haven't<br>
organised one ;-)<br>

Anyway, it's been added to the events calendar as tentative - if someone<br>
could wander past the Tav tomorrow and try and book it that would be good.<br>
Then we can start sorting out sponsorship, publicity, questions, etc.<br>
