changes rock solid.</blockquote><div><br></div><div>Totally agree with Frenchie here, the changes here look pretty solid. The only thing i would be suggesting (simply because it doesn't seem to be as clear in intention as not allowing votes by proxy) would be mentioning whether or not nomination for committee positions is allowed by proxy. Whilst you lay out that nominations are open, do these people have to be at the AGM or can they nominate by proxy?</div>
