<DIV>Hi Matt,</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Thanks for the offer! We will definitely be needing hands to help,
especially when it comes to moving and demolishing things. </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Assuming the project gets approval (which has a long way to go yet), we’re
going to have to get the professionals in for the walls, doors, power, desks and
carpet; we simply don’t have the tools or knowhow to do those things. Also, we
don’t have a choice which contractor does some things because we’re obliged to
use UWA contractors. We’ll definitely be doing the painting ourselves, and I
suspect that most of the “finishing off” bits can come from bunnings. What sort
of benefits are there to having a trade or owner/builder account?</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Cheers, Bob</DIV>
