A: Because I'm often here late at night or early in the morning and there is sometimes a lack of a door member to open the room, additionally, door members seems to be in short supply to hold the room late at night, and as someone who is in the UCC room til late (especially after 6) I would be happy to be able to perform this service.

<b>Q: What difference will putting you on door make?</b>

<pre style="word-wrap: break-word; white-space: pre-wrap;">A: Evacuate members from the clubroom. Trained people should use the fire extinguisher located at the top of the stairs to put out the fire. Security should be contacted, on 2222, and then a wheel member should be called, to assess damage, and associated risk.</pre>

   -Make sure room is tidy

   -Close and lock machine room, tool cupboard and finally the clubroom.
