<p>Before discussing the relative merits (or otherwise) of the
suggestion,<br>
it is not feasible.<br>
As a UCC is (currently) an incorporated body,<br>
the processes for us granting any kind of membership it restricted
by the constitution.<br>

If committee wants to make up some other honor <br>
avoiding the word membership, then that s another game<br>
(NB: Patron is also restricted by constitution)<br>
