This email includes the words "The meeting will be held in the UCC </span><br><span>Clubroom.". However, todays meeting was not held in the UCC clubroom (or </span><br><span>near it), but at a location not sent to the list (the Club Collaborative </span><br><span>Zone, in the main guild building). This is contrary to the the club's </span><br><span>constitution (as the public committee list was informed of the location </span><br><span>and no other communication was made to amend or cancel that notification).</span><br><span></span><br><span>The committee was reminded at this year's AGM to ensure that official </span><br><span>communication channels were used.
