*All goods sold by MSY Technology come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced or repaired if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.<br />
*Personal information are used solely for the purpose of warranty/diagnostic processing and will be kept confidential.<br />
* Please ensure that you have backup your data prior to returning goods. MSY technology is not responsible for any data loss that may be incurred during testing or repair.<br />
* Warranty turnaround time is expected to be 2-3 weeks but can be longer for more complex issues and location of the branch.. We will endeavor to process your item as quick as possible.<br />
*Goods presented for repair may be replaced by manufacturer-refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Manufacturer- refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.<br />
If the product is found not be faulty ( NFF) and where the goods is NOT under warranty and/or exceed consumer guarantee’s reasonable period, you may incur an administrative fee of $30 and any repair work completed.<br />
