<p>I am getting in contact to confirm that UCC has no objections to the proposed changes to the corridor outside of your room. </p>

<p>UniSFA have submitted a proposal to the Tenancy Committee for the placement of a bookcase directly opposite their room, which would likely include the removal of that bench next to the vending machines. One of the conditions placed upon the proposal is that
it will not unduly impact other tenants, which in this case is only UCC. </p>

<p>If you have no issue please simply reply all to this email, if you do have concerns I would ask that you meet with Brendon and Annique as soon as possible to discuss these, as I am no longer the tenancy chair. </p>
