<p>We have a meeting this afternoon and we'll figure out how we
can support you in running this event.<br>

<p>Do you have any idea what size event you are thinking of
running? 10-20 people (ie. something that would fit in the
clubroom), 20+ (need to book a lecture theatre or the Guild
CCZ)?<br>
</p>
<p>Also what timeframe are you considering for this event? I'd
suggest sometime in the next week or so, or after exams (since
around this time people tend to be quite busy and we have
already seen reduced attendance at events).</p>
<p>In terms of advertising, if you provide a time and brief
description then we can sort out the rest. If you are aiming for
a large number of attendees, we can organise posters and so on
for the event.</p>
