- Had a talk to [BOB], [NTU], [PJA] and [LE@] about the issue arising from the emails.
- [BOB] Did [THA] take offence to the original email?
- In [BOB]'s view, the threat of account locking was entirely reasonable and within wheel guidelines.
- [BOB] Committee should default to supporting the groups.
- [NTU]: Door and wheel are positions of trust.
- Consider that a bouncer kicks someone out of a club;
- You don't fire the bouncer, you support the action, but you may update the policy later.
- [PJA] For first time "offences" if it is not significantly outside of policy or if it is considered inappropriate, just send an email explaining what should be done differently.
- [LE@]: Clarify what the intention was with motion in first meeting reinstating previous committee's policy and regulations.
- Committee should acknowledge that they gave the impression that nothing had changed; if not then they should state explicitly otherwise.
- Sent email about BeBoxen to tech.
- Second instalment of ProjectWhatIsThat.
- Ordered Ubiquiti NanoHD from UBWH.
- Reimburse me $266.88 please.
- Will forward the receipt to treasurer once it arrives.
- Started working on `uccportal` with [333].
- Sent an email to Guild IT (kelvin.lee@guild.uwa.edu.au) asking about LDAP related stuff.
- Talked to Avey (Unigames) about Roleplay for Life. Apparently UCC has a plan? [GOZ]
- Sent email to Andrew Shugg [yautja] about access to Guild server room.
