<p>Hi all,</p>
<p>Below is a diff of the <a moz-do-not-send="true"
href="https://github.com/ucc/regulations">current regulations</a>
to my local copy in <tt>/home/wheel/frekk/regulations/README.md</tt>.</p>
<p>Note that this is a draft and I'm open to feedback. Please let me
know if you think anything here can be improved.<br>
</p>
<p>I'm proposing a few changes - in summary;</p>
<ul>
<li>Clarifying the group application processes for Door and Wheel,
bringing back the LOLCATDOG</li>
<li>Defining a procedure for wheel to grant sprocket, winadmin and
webmasters<br>
</li>
<li>Defining a co-location policy</li>
<li>Ensuring dispense credit is accepted as donations</li>
</ul>
