Hi door,

We're hoping to be able to run a number of stalls to sell camp
tickets, strategically timed & positioned outside of various
Comp Sci exams. We'll also do a BBQ for each, because why not (and
we can make some more money).

In order to make this happen, we need as many volunteers as
possible! If you are able to help out during any of the
following times, please fill in the Google form: <a

Since we will be dealing with food, please complete the I'm
Alert Food Safety Training at <a moz-do-not-send="true"

The certificate only takes 10-20 minutes and doesn't expire. If
you already have one then please upload it on the Google form or
email it to me. It's required by Guild and local council
regulations so please don't forget to do it.

To make running stalls as smooth as possible, please arrive
on time. We will meet at the UCC clubroom at the start times
listed above (which are an hour before each corresponding exam),
collect the equipment (BBQ, gas, utensils, and possibly a marquee)
from Guild, set up outside the exam venue and start cooking
straight away. Of course, if you are doing one of these exams and
still want to help out, don't stress, you may collect your sausage
once you have finished and assist with the packup.

Attached is an approximate layout and map for the stalls, for
your information.

Anyone who has a UCC shirt is encouraged to wear it along, and
those who don't can borrow one for the day.

All volunteers get free sausages (and my eternal gratitude).
Don't miss out on this opportunity!

Thanks for your help.

Cheers,

Felix [FVP]
